Private classes with me are one-on-one time that is tailored specifically to you and your needs. Whether you have a condition or an illness or you are simply interested in new ideas to spruce up your menu, we will prepare dishes that use only whole, plant-based foods that you will love and that are simple and nutritious for you.
We will meet 3 times for 2 hours, each time, at my home in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada.
Alternately, the classes could take place in your home, via Skype or Face Time.
- Prepare at least 4 recipes, with all organic ingredients, at each class, that have been chosen especially for you
- Go home with a special binder with the recipes, printed, inside
- Take home samples of the recipes we have prepared
- Learn nutritional information about different foods
- Learn proper food combining for optimal digestion
