Serves: 4-5 cups
- 3 cups sunflower seeds, soaked for 8-12 hours
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼-1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- ¼ cup Braggs or ¾ tsp sea salt or to taste
- Chopped garlic to taste
- In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth
- Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
